1. What This Is

Marriage Readiness Review (“MRR”) is an AI-powered relationship assessment tool operated by Glendale AI, LLC. It helps engaged and pre-marital couples explore alignment across eight areas: money and legal structure, work and labor fairness, autonomy and identity, family and children, conflict and repair, boundaries and outside relationships, intimacy and exclusivity, and adversity and contingency.

Each partner answers questions privately. MRR produces a Readiness Score, a personalized analysis, and a Readiness Report based on both partners' responses.

“Inputs” are the responses, messages, or content you enter into MRR.

“Outputs” are the scores, analyses, reports, and content generated by MRR's AI in response to your Inputs.

2. What This Is Not

MRR is not therapy, counseling, clinical assessment, or professional advice of any kind. No therapist-client, doctor-patient, or professional-client relationship is created by using MRR. MRR is not a substitute for working with a licensed therapist, marriage counselor, financial advisor, or attorney.

MRR is not a crisis service. If you or your partner are in immediate danger, contact emergency services (911) or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

MRR is not a diagnostic tool. The Readiness Score and Readiness Report are personal reflection tools. They are not clinical diagnoses, legal documents, binding agreements, or predictions of relationship outcomes. They should not be used as evidence in legal proceedings or as the basis for significant life decisions without consulting a qualified professional.

MRR is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing relationship distress, domestic violence, mental health symptoms, or any situation requiring professional intervention, please seek help from a licensed professional.

3. How It Works

Each partner creates a separate account and answers questions privately. Your individual answers are never shown to your partner. What you both receive is a shared analysis showing where you align, where you see things differently, and what conversations are worth having.

Sections are completed independently by each partner. When both partners complete a section, a personalized analysis is generated for that section. After all eight sections are completed, a cross-domain Readiness Report is generated with a prioritized action plan.

You may retake sections after a waiting period. Previous scores are preserved for comparison.

4. AI Disclosure

All analyses are generated by artificial intelligence informed by peer-reviewed relationship research and behavioral science. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or insights that do not apply to your specific situation. This is inherent to current AI technology.

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any Output. You should discuss any important finding with a qualified professional before making significant life decisions based on it.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any researcher, research institution, clinical program, or professional licensing body. Our assessment content is original work by Glendale AI, informed by published research.

5. Safety

MRR includes questions designed to surface safety-relevant dynamics. These questions are not clinical screening instruments and cannot replace professional safety assessment.

If any finding in your analysis reflects a situation that is currently affecting your safety or wellbeing, please contact a professional who specializes in relationship safety. MRR cannot intervene in crisis situations, assess imminent risk, or replace professional evaluation.

MRR is not designed to address or provide support for: suicidal ideation, self-harm, active abuse situations, severe mental health crises, substance abuse emergencies, or any situation requiring immediate professional intervention. If these topics arise, please contact the resources listed above.

6. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use MRR. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Shared, transferred, or impersonated accounts are not permitted. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Your Data

Your responses: You own your Inputs. You can delete them at any time from Settings. Either partner can reset the assessment or delete their account.

Partner privacy: Your individual answers are never revealed to your partner. Shared results describe alignment patterns without disclosing who answered what on specific questions.

How we use your data: By using MRR, you grant us permission to use, process, and analyze your Inputs and Outputs to provide, maintain, and improve the service, including service optimization, analytics, and product development, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Anonymized data: We may create anonymized and aggregated data from Inputs and Outputs for research, analytics, and improvement of our AI systems. Such data does not personally identify you.

Deletion: When you delete your account, we remove your responses, scores, analysis, partner connection, and authentication credentials. Backups maintained by our infrastructure providers may persist for up to 90 days. We may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data as described above.

Sensitive information: MRR is not intended for the storage or processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under applicable law. Do not submit medical records, regulated health data, social security numbers, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through MRR beyond what the assessment questions specifically ask.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The MRR assessment methodology, enrichment content, scoring frameworks, analytical voice calibration, prompt engineering, report structures, item bank, and all associated software are proprietary trade secrets of Glendale AI, LLC, developed through substantial investment.

The assessment questions, prompts, scenarios, and response options presented to users are original copyrightable works of Glendale AI, LLC.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, extract, reconstruct, or derive the underlying assessment methodology, question logic, scoring algorithms, or analytical frameworks from the Outputs you receive
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially use any Output beyond your personal use
• Use MRR Outputs to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically access MRR content through automated means
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MRR content

Outputs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MRR honestly and in good faith. You may not:

• Use MRR for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Harass, coerce, or pressure another person into participating
• Submit false or misleading responses with the intent to manipulate results
• Access another person's account or data without authorization
• Use MRR to gather information about a partner without their knowledge or consent
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse MRR technologies or AI systems
• Use MRR for any commercial purpose without written authorization from Glendale AI

If you violate these Terms, Glendale AI may suspend or terminate your access and remove content that violates our policies.

10. Payments

Some features of MRR require payment. Current pricing is listed on the website. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and subject to their terms of service. All fees are in U.S. dollars. All sales are final except where required by applicable law.

We may offer promotional pricing that can be modified or discontinued at any time. Promotional pricing does not create an ongoing pricing obligation.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that MRR will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated analyses will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your situation. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and reliance on any Outputs.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLENDALE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MRR, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PERSONAL INJURY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed: (a) for paying users, fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; (b) for free users, $100.

No individual member, manager, officer, or employee of Glendale AI shall have personal liability under these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, these provisions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glendale AI, its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any third-party claims, demands, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of MRR; (ii) Inputs or Outputs you submit or share; (iii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (iv) your violation of any third-party rights; or (v) your gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

This does not apply to claims caused solely by Glendale AI's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. You and Glendale AI agree to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MRR through binding individual arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

Class action waiver. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions. Disputes concerning intellectual property rights or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in New Jersey state or federal courts.

15. General

Governing law: New Jersey law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MRR after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in force after your use of MRR ends.

Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding MRR.
